This paper reports on a research study of a representative sample of 517 UK citizens and 768 US citizens comparing the EPS scores of the two nations and also comparing norms gathered pre and post covid. Accurate population data is essential to give users of the EPS-W an accurate understanding of their scores and provide meaningful advice in the Personal Insight Reports.
